INVESTING IN FAMILIES TO CREATE A LASTING IMPACT OF CHANGE
During the next five years, we will strengthen and scale our operations in Cameroon while executing a phased international expansion strategy. Our growth will include establishing a strong presence in Atlanta, Houston, and Chicago in the United States, alongside market expansion into Pakistan, the Philippines, and selected countries throughout Asia. This initiative will position the organization as a globally connected enterprise with diversified markets and sustainable long-term growth.
Where We Work
Inspired by global humanitarian efforts, the 44.5 Foundation extends its reach to vulnerable and underserved communities around the world. We are committed to advancing sustainable development through community-driven initiatives that respond to real needs across diverse regions.

voices of hope
“I am handicapped and have always struggled to eke out a living. Thoughtless of Christmas dinner. When Mr Ahmed sent word yesterday about the donation, I almost cried because for once someone actually seemed to have looked our way. Merry Christmas to the 44.5 Foundation and God bless. Please keep helping us the physically disabled. Thanks.”
“I admire the work your NGO has done in such little time. You have given so much to hope for to so many. You all really have an impact in our little community here in Bonaberi. My children now really look forward to the quality rice that you distribute every month. I choke up just thinking what was it like before 44.5 Foundation started it’s acts of goodwill!”
“Good morning. I want to thank Allah who has allowed you people to come here again this morning. Just yesterday I went begging my neighbor for a little cooking oil to cook for the children. And that’s when I heard about the food drive today. Your generosity is God-sent. We love your commitment to us the less privileged. Please keep coming.”
